Handle
Inspired by Mary and Nicole's love of cane furniture, we designed a bespoke solid brass bamboo handle that is an optional addition to the top of the Salvesen Graham Side Chair. Crafted from unlacquered brass, the handle will gradually age into a beautifully soft, antiqued finish to complete a timeless piece of furniture designed to last and be enjoyed for many, many years. We created the insert studded handle to add elegant detail to the back of the chair, whilst retaining the practicality of being able to move your chair easily around the room. Alternatively we offer the option to have no handle, for a simple profile.

Description
Mary and Nicole designed our Salvesen Graham Side Chair to be the chair that they were always searching for when decorating dining spaces, hallways and studies. A classic piece with beautiful details that are relevant today; our side chair features carved rings to the legs, solid brass castors, piped edges and a traditional silhouette.
A handsome and elegant piece, Mary and Nicole wanted to create a carver chair that would be equally at home at the top of a formal dining table or study, as it would in a more relaxed space such as a breakfast nook.
Each chair is handmade in the rural English countryside using both traditional and modern upholstery methods and materials. We chose a solid beech frame for strength and durability, and then use natural and recycled materials for wadding and stuffing along with coil springs for an extremely comfortable seat. Perfect for long dinners whiling away the hours with friends and family, or the ideal study chair that is kind to your posture.

4m of (plain and patterned) fabric is required for our Salvesen Graham Side Chair; for Salvesen Graham fabric or any other you can select at checkout.
If COM is chosen, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the fabric chosen meets the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire & Safety) 1988 regulations. Any fabric chosen by the customer that is made up of less than 75% natural fibres must be Fire Retardant (FR) treated prior to being sent to us and a copy of the accompanying certificate will be requested by The Collection.
